The Emerald Quartz Earrings are a two-stone drop design that I initially created as a gift for my mother. Due to high interest, we have decided to offer them in a limited, presale-only run. They are comfortable, lightweight, and incredibly wearable (I’ve worn them to lunch with a plain white t-shirt and trousers, but they’re also show-stopping for a formal event).
The Emerald Quartz used in these earrings are the highest quality available to market and custom-cut for Zaleska in very small batches. In order to achieve the desired depth, glow, and colour, we’ve fused a combination of natural green quartz and clear quartz to mimic the hue and unique inclusions of a natural emerald. This “doublet” process requires an immense amount of precision and we’re absolutely thrilled to be offering this gemstone to our community.

Gold vermeil is an overlay of gold over a base of sterling silver. The gold colour will age gracefully as the piece lightens to a 10K gold or warm silver colour. The rate of aging depends on care, climate and individual body chemistry, and may vary greatly on a case by case basis.
To extend the gold colour of your vermeil pieces, remove when washing hands, showering, applying lotions or perfumes, using cleansers, or working out. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in individual air-tight bags. Do not use chemical jewelry cleansers or polishing cloths on gold vermeil jewelry.
