We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that some items are made-to-order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. If there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, we will notify you directly. When U.S. customers are viewing our website, they will see our prices in U.S. dollars. These prices are higher than those that are shown to our Canadian and other international customers because they include all tariff and duty charges. We will be remitting these charges to the U.S. government on your behalf, and you will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or delivery.
