Hindu goddess Kali symbolizes the cycles of time , and it is her role to clear away obstacles in your path. One of her many lessons is that every act of destruction is equally an act of creation. Her fire calls us into action without hesitation. Kali is often considered the kindest and most loving of all the Hindu goddesses, as she is regarded by her devotees as mother of the universe.
I’ve always wanted to create a ring inspired by time. In my research process, I happened upon a photo of a vintage clock in an old book. The details of this clock are mirrored in the design of the Kali ring, and I’ve added the inspiration photo above.
